We set this as our theme because no matter which house we belong to, we work together toward the same goals. At Pepperhill we support, encourage, and uplift one another as ONE family. Our unity is what makes our culture strong.

Congratulations to Ms. Culpepper, our lead teacher in the IDS classroom, on being named our Rookie Teacher of the Year! She has made an incredible impact in such a short time. Her dedication, patience, and passion for supporting every student shine through in all that she does. She creates a classroom environment where students feel safe, valued, and empowered to grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

Our staff retreat was a powerful reminder that when we unite as one, we can do incredible things for our scholars. From team building games to an inspiring session on understanding and supporting every child, we are heading into this year more connected, more equipped, and more committed than ever to help our students thrive!

Our House Spinning Ceremony is a new tradition that welcomes new students into our Ron Clark Academy–inspired House System. With the theme “Four Houses, One Family,” this exciting event symbolizes unity, school spirit, and belonging. Students take turns spinning the house wheel, eagerly awaiting the moment it lands to reveal their new house—Altruismo, Amistad, Isibindi, or Rêveur.
